Join us this Fall for new live online landscape painting demonstrations with David! David‘s Live Online Tuesday Landscape Painting Workshops will being in October (October 10, 17 and 24, 2023 at 11:00 am EDT). Each Workshop will include a 1.5 – 2 hr. Painting Demonstration and 1-1.5 hrs. for individual painting critiques. With David’s entertaining and inspiring blend of knowledge and creativity, in each Workshop he will present and explore a unique landscape painting topic, discuss historic precedents, and create different preparatory sketches while examining compositional possibilities. David will then paint a demonstration painting in oil exploring the topic (he may use acrylic underpainting), discussing his palette, color selection, and color mixing. He will demonstrate varieties of brushwork and mark-making with different tools and techniques. These Workshops are designed for artists of all levels, from beginners to experienced professionals.
You will receive a link to a recorded version of the Workshops so that you may review them later at your leisure. If you can’t join us for the live Workshops, you can register and watch the Workshops later whenever you choose. You will receive the Zoom link in your online registration confirmation.
