We will investigate visual perception and sensation, how we experience color, motion, space and 2D orientation. We will apply historic techniques and ideas from across time and cultures, and apply discoveries in psychology, neuroscience, mysticism, and new technologies of image making. Through demonstrations in oil, watercolor and acrylic, and illustrated talks you will learn to harness art history and contemporary techniques to enrich your work.
